کراچی میں ملک کی سب سے بلند عمارت کا افتتاح کردیا گیا ہے۔ کراچی کے علاقے کلفٹن میں بحریہ ٹاؤن آئیکون کا افتتاح کردیا گیا ہے۔ 62 منزلہ عمارت کی41 منزلوں کو مکمل کرلیا گیا۔ بحریہ آئیکون میں اپارٹمنٹس ، شاپنگ مال اور کارپوریٹ دفاتر ہیں۔
بحریہ ٹاؤن کے سربراہ ملک ریاض نے عمارت کو ملکی ترقی اور جدید تعمیرات میں نئے دور کا آغاز قرار دیتے ہوئے عزم ظاہر کیا کہ مستقبل میں وہ اس سے بھی جدید اور بلند عمارتیں بنا ئیں گے۔

Dr. Syed Hamid Hussain (PhD Chemistry from UK)
a 32-year-old assistant professor of chemistry at the Bacha Khan university in Charsadda, tried to shield his students by opening fire on Taliban militants during a deadly attack at a Pakistani university was known as “The Protector” even before his death in a hail of bullets Wednesday.
Hamid Hussain was from Swabi, he had been the father of a three-year-old boy and a daughter who had recently celebrated her first birthday.
He had spent three years studying in the UK for his PhD.
